Roles and access within OpenReplay

Does your Openreplay let users with different roles do only what they’re supposed to with the user replay stuff? Like, can you make sure someone who has access to sessions replay doesn’t accidentally see reports or something they’re not supposed to?

Yes, OpenReplay includes role based access control (RBAC), but only the enterprise edition, allowing different levels of access to team members based on their specific roles. For instance, team members in customer support team could be restricted to only using co-browsing, without having access to additional features such as dashboards, feature flags, etc.

Anyone with admin role can set up and manage team member roles, tailoring access to your organization’s needs. This feature will not be accessible to others.
