Hi team,
I’m using OpenReplay Cloud and session replay itself works correctly, but the AI Summary panel
keeps loading forever.
I checked the network request and found the Summary AI endpoint returns HTTP 500.
Details:
- project_id: XXX3
- session_id: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
- endpoint: https://api.openreplay.com/XXX3/sessions/3XXXXX/intelligent/summary
- observed behavior: replay works, but AI Summary stays in loading skeleton state
- network result: HTTP 500
- timestamp: 2026-04-10
Notes:
- Session replay data is available and can be played normally
- The issue seems isolated to the AI summary generation step
Could you please help check whether this is a backend issue, entitlement issue, or AI pipeline
failure for this project/session?
