# Issue with popup windows (kendo)

Hi, We have issue with popup windows (kendo).  
OpenReplay server is installed into aws ec2 machine (ubuntu)  
site - .net core, razor,js  
For opening popup window we use kendoWindow (js)

The problem:  
On playing recorded session all popup windows are shown as small grey rectangle, and we can’t see user actions in the windows.  
But: in Co-Browsing there is no the problem. We see all user actions  
Also, before OpenReplay we used system SmartLook the same purpose (recording sessions). In the system there was not the problem.
